It is no secret that finding pants which fit just right is next to impossible no matter what a person's size.

My favorite pants pattern of all time I created myself by ripping apart a worn pair of jeans which fit almost perfectly. I then tweaked the pattern through trial and error until I had the perfect pants pattern.

This book does an excellent job of leading you through making these type of adjustments and it is very easy to read and understand.

Fit For Real People

This is a very very good book for alterations with dozens of full color pictures and easy to read instructions. It does NOT include instructions for altering pants, however, their book Pants For Real People does.
